“This is one of the best hotels in Buon Ma Thuot. The building itself is grand and located just a stone throw from the market. It was pity to see that the overall facilities were poorly maintained. The room conditions were just as bad eg. broken bathroom lock, towel tray falling apart and stained carpets.”
